These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Hashtag Croche. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Every bag is handmade, so small variations in stitch, colour and size are part of its character and are not defects. Product photos are representative; colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

Custom orders

Custom commissions begin only after you approve and pay the quote we send. Because they are made to your specification, custom pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or materially differ from the agreed quote.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos and text on this site belong to Hashtag Croche and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Hashtag Croche is registered.
