Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are dispatched. Email us at poojakanchan18@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Custom orders can be cancelled before work begins; once crocheting has started, the quote amount is non-refundable.

Returns

If your bag arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the bag. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. Unused ready-to-ship items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days after we receive the return or approve the claim. Gift wrap and express shipping fees are refunded only when the fault is ours.
